We recently had a call from a small company asking if we would go and look at an OKI printer with a view to carrying out a repair, on arrival the customer told our engineer he was suppressed that we were interested in his business as he was only a “one man band” and his office was in his spare bedroom and not a “proper” office.
I would like to make it clear that we do not differentiate between potential customers based on where you operate from, we have many customers who work from home, in a spare bedroom, a converted garden shed or garage, we started 30 years ago this year from our directors spare bedroom.
Our only interest is can we help, and are you in our area, that being Kent and Sussex.
We cover Kent from Medway in the north to Folkestone in the south and Tunbridge Wells in the west to Margate in the east, and everywhere in between, towns such as Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury and the isle of Sheppey Sheerness and Laysdown.
